TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to every order placed on walls.cultxone.in (“WALL CULT”), operated by CultXone, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell printed posters, split posters, collage packs, bookmarks and framed prints. Product photos show the design mounted in a room for scale and style; the print you receive is the artwork only, without a frame, unless the product is listed as a frame. Colours can vary slightly between screens and print.
2. Fan art
Many designs are fan-art interpretations of films, series, games and anime. WALL CULT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any studio, publisher or rights holder. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Prices and offers
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Offers such as buy-one-get-one are applied automatically in the cart under the conditions shown there; we may change or end an offer at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation. We accept cash on delivery, UPI, cards and netbanking. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price or if we suspect fraud — any payment taken for it is refunded in full.
5. Shipping, cancellation and refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you give us.
7. Liability
